At Park Academy we create a culture of safety and confidence, enveloping your children in a supportive and caring environment that is sensitive to their individual needs.

For example, if a child needs a nappy change, we don’t simply lift her from behind – a common practice that is disorienting and potentially frightening. Instead, our staff are trained to get down to the child’s level, speak to her softly and reassuringly and reach out in a welcoming way – securing her consent and eliminating fear.
