Although we are extremely proud of our carefully designed and built childcare centres, it is, above all else, the people who make a crèche special.

Each of our centres is managed by a highly qualified childcare professional and staffed by teachers with at least a FETAC level 5 qualification in childcare.

Most importantly, we put children first. We have developed a culture of teamwork and cooperative spirit that is always focused on the best interests of the child.

We have no complex hierarchy at Park Academy – instead our staff work as a team, often moving from one centre to another to enhance the generation and flow of new ideas. We meet regularly as a group to discuss better ways of doing things, always seeking to improve our service to the children and their parents.

The culture of respect for children, parents and the team helps to build a tight community, and one in which our employees thrive. Park Academy staff members love their jobs, and it shows in every aspect of the organisation.

All employees are carefully vetted, screened and background-checked and, once accepted, they are fully trained in The Park Academy Approach.
