In the course of our development as early childhood educators, we have studied all the leading theories and approaches – most notably Montessori, High/Scope and Reggio Emilia. Each of these brings new innovation and insight into child development approaches. The key to an ideal crèche experience is adaptation – careful selection of the best methods and practices to suit our specific environments and the children we serve.
